This describes what data Due Focus collects and how it's used.

What we collect

• Task titles and related content you enter, so our AI service can generate step-by-step breakdowns.
• Optional profile information you choose to share (like what kinds of tasks are hardest for you, or when you focus best), used only to personalize your AI-generated steps. This is entirely optional.
• Basic account information if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple.
• Subscription status, so Premium features work correctly. We don't see or store your payment details.

How we use it

Your task data is processed by our AI service to generate step-by-step breakdowns, and stored securely in the cloud so it's available across sessions and, if you link an account, across devices. Optional profile data is used only to make AI-generated steps better suited to how you work. It is never sold and never used for advertising.

Your choices

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, then Delete account. This permanently removes your tasks and profile data. This action cannot be undone. You can also change or remove your optional profile answers at any time.

Children's privacy

Due Focus is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access-controlled cloud storage. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll reflect the current version's date at the top.
