Delete Your Account & Data

Due Focus (developer: due-focus-app, package com.duefocusai.app) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app

This is instant and permanent — no waiting period, no need to contact us.

Option 2 — no longer have the app installed?

Email support@duefocusai.app from the email address linked to your account (if you signed in with Google or Apple), or describe your device/approximate signup date if you used the app anonymously. We'll delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• All of your tasks and AI-generated subtask breakdowns
• Your profile data (language, ADHD-profile answers, reminder preferences)
• Your authentication record (Google/Apple link, if any)

Deletion is immediate on our servers (Firebase Authentication and Firestore) — nothing is held back or soft-deleted on our side.

What isn't deleted by this, and why

If you had an active subscription, Apple/Google/RevenueCat retain your purchase and billing transaction history independently of Due Focus, as required by their own tax and financial recordkeeping obligations. We never had access to your payment details in the first place. To stop a subscription from renewing, cancel it from the App Store or Play Store — account deletion alone does not cancel an active subscription.
